TF2 Casting Fun, Jazz and Prowl??

Today I ventured to the big town to try out as an extra in the movie. I filled in an information sheet and turned in a picture. While some younger and better looking people were told to come inside, I was ordered to go home. Incognito wearing a Phillies shirt, I overheard people complaining about the number of people with TF shirts. Good showing, guys. Home of the 75 Flyers, Rocky, and now the TF2 casting; see pictures here.

Update: TFW2005 is reporting (without pictures to confirm) that the Pontiac Solstice vehicle prop of Autobot Jazz is on the set of Transformers 2 filming.  Apparently, so also is Darius McCrary who provided his voice in the TF1.  Is it true?  Could Jazz be back?!

Update 2: In another report on TFW2005.com an anonymous tipster has provided images from the set of TF2 in Bethlehem, PA.  This report includes images of a Chevy Malibu police car.  Specluation has already begun that this could be the vehicle mode of a very G1 style

When the rumors first started hitting the internet about Jazz being back for TF2 I personally wrote them off. On the heels of M Bay saying he would be leaking false info and how the movie ended, I just didn't think they would bring him back.

But the thing is, Bay finding ways to leak false info is one thing. I don't think he would go through the effort of hauling the Jazz car to the set and or bringing the voice guy in, all for the purposes of throwing fans off. That sort of stuff costs money and why would they go through all that trouble, to make the fans think Jazz will be back then it turns out he's not? That'd be dumb.

IF (and it's still a big if in my mind) the solstice is actually confirmed to be on the set, then I just might start being excited to see Jazz back. DANG I hope it's true!!!!!

sweet heavens,that police car is sweet...I once drew prowl as a modern impala...that japanese lettering would look awfully strange if the film takes place in the u.s., could this mean a few scenes in the film might be shot in japan?????

I always figured they'd bring Jazz back (it was hinted on his G1 paintjob figure), but Prowl? That was is perplexing.

Um... Well... The G1 repaint fig has nothing to do with Jazz's return. But I think it's stupid he's coming back. I mean, there should be at least one Autobot death. All the Decepticons died like nothing.

Actually it was only megatron, blackout, skorponok, and (bonecrusher was it?) died. I think Brawl never got killed and I know for sure Starscream survived. Buy you're right some Autobots just have to die, although I Jazz can't just be shot outa da hood yet.

Megatron died along with Blackout and Brawl and Bonecrusher, but Skorpinok did not die, he went underground and only lost his tail. Frenzy I think also died but not sure. Barricade just hid.

My guess is: Prowl will appear in the very start of the movie, along with Ironhide & that 3 wheeler and they will be fighting some Decepticon or something. Later you will see Megatron is searching for Starscream,who is making his own army along with what I'm thinking, Shockwave. Thats what I think so far.

There is an even match of transfomrers in tf2 ani my guess for the cons are so far are scorp ss and barricade. Wait soundy and ravege too. The other 4 will be in it too for the Autobots.

my thoughts are that the letters on the malibu are cybertronian, and remember how cybertronian looks cryptic like asian writing?
