I love it, let the Transformers 2 speculation begin! We're already seeing conflicting reports regarding who's in and who's not in the upcoming film. What seems apparent is that there will be an SR-71 Blackbird in the film. What's not clear is who it will be. One report on TransformersLiveBlog say he's Jetfire! A separate report we found linked to from tfw2005.com, of the same day of filming claimed the Blackbird is a Decepticon?! (Hm, Skywarp maybe? That'd be awesome!) Photos and more information can be found on each report.

Another page on powet.tv shows photos and further info from another day of filming in Philadelphia. There, one can see, "Megan Fox in her extraordinarily tight white jeans outside the shop." The reporter deemed that her pants were so tight, "it was virtually impossible for her to have been wearing underwear." (Hey we're hear to bring you only the most important news!)

And finally, slashfilm.com is reporting that filming at the University of Pennsylvania will begin this week, "both inside and outside the Psi Upsilon (Castle) fraternity on Locust Walk." Included with the report is a photo showing the Saab Aero-X concept car, which as rumor suggests may be Wheeljack! Oh boy, I hope this is TRUE!

i hope its let jetfire. not just b/c he's always been a favorite of mine but also there were so many human deaths in the first movie is b/c the autobots had no air support. none of them even had a jetpack to give then some flight ability.

I would also love to see Jetfire, but as a black, SR-71 *Blackbird*, I would much prefer this plane to be Skywarp. That'd be much more appropriate and cool. If we're going to get Jetfire, I'd prefer him to be in the G1 white and red color scheme.

well jetfire in a black color scheme is a possibility considering the only autobots to have their original (or similar)color scheme in TF1 was OP and BB

I am perfectly fine with Jetfire being black, none of the color schemes are all that similar despite OP and BB, and they are stretching it a bit as well. I would like Jetfires story to be more like the comics than the TV show truthfully, however giving him some relation to Starscream might be interesting. Perhaps Jetfire could turn out to not technically be on either side at first but end up with the Autobots, perhaps bounty hunter even. This could explain the Decepticon symbol, it could be a deception tactic. It's all speculation for now anyway.

I think it was hotter here for filming than it was in the desert last movie. Tuesday was 102 and humid and you can add 5 degrees for the city. I used to drive by U. Penn every Monday. Skywarp as a stealth plane would be perfect.

If Megatron is to return I imagine he will be a B2 bomber because that is what they were originally going to make in in the first movie but they decided not to give him an Earth altmode at all.
