seen it, and LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT! great episode, can't believe that Corey Burton is actualy reprising his role as shockwave! Pure Epic Win! Now if Megatron gets upgraded into Galvatron I would suggest(even though the voice probably should't change) that David Kaye could again reprise his role as decepticon supreme commander.

Aside from the multitude of Beast Wars refs in this episode, I think one of my favorite things was that you can see that Ironhide is a repaint of Ratchet. You can see his Cybertronian Alt. Mode is identical to Ratchet's from Thrill of the Hunt.

Loved the cameo's! Cliffjumper, Waspinator(scuse me Wasp), Shockwave (with Burton's voice non the less!), and Ironhide! Great ep!

Also, anyone notice the Nemesis Prime ref? I almost thought that Longarm Prime was going to be called Nemesis Prime by Megatron at the end, so I was a little disappointed, but it was still a good twist. But between Longarm's color sceme, the episode plot, and the end where he was called Prime, I really thought that we'd get a Nemesis. Personally, I'm hoping for a fight between Shockwave and Sentinel one day where Shockwave exclaims "I am your nemesis, Prime!" That would be just too cool, in my opinion.

That was a cool episode, especially at the end where Wasp talks just like his namesake. Shockwave looks cool, despite the non-purple color scheme.

Grate episode. Loved seeing Ironhide but i did not like how he was. That's not the Ironhide we all know. seeing cliffjumper wood have been cooler if he talked or somthing. It rock's how Shockwave is a new Punch/counterpunch. The TFA Shockwave toy will rock. If they make one? Ok now there was one real bad thing about the episode Waspinator as just wasp. That's not right. It's not wasp it's Waspinator. Let's hope they fix it in season3.
By the way am i the only one thinking there saving season3 till after the next movie?

GREAT episode is right. I can't even imagine a better origin story for the character who will go on to become Waspinator of Beast Wars fame... Long Arm: Awesome! Ironhide: also very cool how his physical form is depicted, though his arrogent jerk (cutting off BB's legs) did seem way out of character from the IH we know and love... Overall, I loved this episode. This'll be one that's watched over and over and over amongst the fandom!

OMG, this show rules... The more I watch it, the more things I didn't notice in the first viewing.

I hope they make Longarm Prime/Shockwave into a toy.

The fact that they could make a recolor of Cybertron mode Ironhide is the same as Cybertron mode Ratchet is cool because it increases the likelihood that they'll make the toy! GREAT idea...

BTW, the fact that this story could be an "origin of (Beast Wars) Waspinator" lends credibility that all of TFA could be totally a part of Transformers story continuity... For those who like me want it to be thought of that way...

Another example: When Sentinel Prime is talking about Ultra Magnus as having been a great leader, "back in his day" lends itself to my theory that G1 O.P. retires (or has his memory wiped out by Decepticon attack) Hot Rod/Rodimus doesn't or just doesn't want to take over, so the logical next in command would be Ultra Magnus, to be the next Autobot, "Supreme Commander." A few hundred years later, the stories of TFA fit perfectly into continuity.

I've often wondered if they'll make Cybertron mode Bumblebee, Bulkhead, Ratchet or Prowl toys. The fact that they could quickly make recolors as BB --> recolored as Wasp, Ratchet --> Ironhide... I'd be thrilled to see a Cybertron mode Prowl, recolored as Arcee and hm, who could Cybertron Mode Bulkhead be recolored as??? The fact that now all of us fans would LOVE to see these (even recolors), increases the chance they could make the toys. Here's hoping!

Another thougth, I'll reveal one of my earlier theories. My theory/hope is that Sentinel Prime was actually the undercover Decepticon. That would make his jackass (hungry for power) Autobot character so much cooler... Oh well, it still could be. Time will tell...

like I've said a while back, animated feels like a possible "G3", and it probably and hopefully will just get better and better!

Don't worry TPR on Wii,Sentinel is my favorite Autobot (If a Decpticon can have a favorite Autobot). I loved the episode,although I didn't like the fact that Bumblebee got blamed for destroying property at the end of his training though it explains why he and Bulkhead are Maintenance bots.
I agree with everyone who thinks that Wasp should become Waspinator. It's too bad that they didn't make him,although the way that he talked at the end of the episode was nice. It sugested to me that he might be insane,but it might be a hint too,a reference to him becoming Waspinator in the future. This is just a speculation so keep your eyes and visual receptors peeled for information conserning this characture. If I wrote the show,we would see some dirrect links to Beast Wars,and a few of the fan-favorite charactures would make a reapearence. I would also have Sentinel eventualy get poisoned by Blackaracnia and turn into Tarantulas.

Reasonable. Loved it when Bulkhead broke sentinel's face.

Oh, yeah, I forgot to mention Sentinel(on Cybertron) looks like Dion from g1, Cybertronic Ops looks like Orion Pax, and Elita looks like Aerial with yellow coloration schematics.Does anyone agree?If Beast Wars comes into Animated, at least give them g1 references,like the above mentioned.
