A new image of the back of the box of Transfoemrs Animated Voyager Skywarp have surfaced at Seibertron.com. The bio reveals that he is, in fact, tyhe same character as the second Coward Starscream clone seen in "A Bridge Too Close - Parts 1 & 2". Check it out here, it's quite a funny bio to read.

They also have new images of Activators Cliffjumper and a new character, Dirge. It would appear that Dirge is not the Female Starscream clone, as the color schemes between the two are very different. See both figures here.
