Transformers Crossovers... with DISNEY?!!!

The TFW2005 forums bring us some very startling and confusing news. In their most recent publication in the November 2008 issue of Figure Oh magazine Takara Tomy is showing us a possible crossover with... Disney(?).

The page shows a silhouette of what appears to be mecha that looks like Mickey Mouse and an insignia that looks look the G2 Autobot symbol given a Mickey Mouse-styled redesign.

First Star Wars, then Marvel, and now this.

im not TOO surprised. what part of the universe has mickey mouse not taken over. always new the day would come that he would try to gain influence in cybertron. By the matrix we must put a halt to his ultimate universal takeover lol.

(bet my money he is really a decpticon just playing sides with that fake me out autobot symbol)

The only way this could work is if they do a video game like Kingdom Hearts, but with Transformers instead of Final Fantasy. Movie Bumblebee with Donald and Goofy beating up Decepticon drones.

I hope and pray that Hasbro is not contemplating any sort of partnership with Disney. With the same furvor and for the same reasons, I hope that Walmart never gets so big that they can or do buy Hasbro. These things would be very bad in my opinion.

this is why All of transformers must unite. Autobots, Decepticons, Maximals, Predacons and Mini-cons to face a threat more terrible than Unicron himself: Myckey Mouse and his Evil Liutenants: the Disney Princesses.

...a little too dramatic but this is just too much for some peopleto take.

Have you guys not read the words "Takara Tomy"? This isn't a Hasbro thing. This is Takara who's doing this. Meaning it could be just a Japanese line.

I know most of you don't seem to like this but hasbro does make tons of toys with disney they already have a disney star wars line along with disney themed versions of almost all of the other toys they make they even have a toy store at downtown disney so this was bound to happen =)
