Have you heard of hulu.com? How about this for an introduction! In case you missed last night's Simpson's Special, Treehouse of Horror #19 with Transformers spoof, just click the link to watch it free, in high definition. Really, give it a try!

Hulu.com is a joint venture of Fox and other major networks, watch episodes that have aired in high def, with limited commercial interruption. It's very cool. Sorry, no CartoonNetwork shows *yet* but the site is growing fast. So if there's a show you want to watch, throw out your VCR and digital recorders! Just type in the episode and away you go!

Seeing Homer and Ned Flanders being pooped out of the Optimus and Megatron look-alikes is priceless comedy. Loved it. BTW, did anyone else catch that the toy Bart buys Lisa has the head of the G1 cartoon character Nightbird!?! Brilliant!

Okay, we got Snooze, Three-Way, Melody, Sextoy, an Optimus Prime lookalike, a Megatron lookalike, Carnage Destructicus, and Festivus Mucho.

That airplane one that started fighting the stairs one looked like the Go-Bots Guardian Leader-1.

Anywho, don't take my distaste for the Simpsons as a stake-to-the-heart, I don't hate Simpsons, it's just that I feel that it's concept has been overused, as well as some other animated sitcoms which I'm not going to go into.

The guys who do the Simpsons, and by extension, Futurama, love science fiction and pop culture and they show that love by laughing with the franchise, not at it. Don't take it too seriously and see the humor in it. Plus, the airplane getting punched in the gut and thus puking out the passengers was great.

Obama-McCain opening could only be made better if Flanders tried to vote for McCain with similar opposing results. "Son of a diddly..."

A very fun episode. The Transformers parody was AWESOME (kaboom). Great Pumpkin parody, also AWESOME (kaboom). Dead Advertisers...not as awesome (piff).

Final review...AWESOME (kablam)!
