The first official ROTF images!

At long last, after a prolonged lack of media appeal, the very first official images for the upcoming movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen have been revealed at Empireonline.com.

These images show us a glimpse at some of the intense action and battle scenes, as well as the filming itself, all shot in Egypt. Not to mention a large body shot of a battle-damaged Optimus Prime on their magazine cover (which needs to be click to be viewed in full).

Not to be a party pooper, but these images don't say a whole lot. Cars get thrown, Sam and Mikela run hand in hand, and Optimus apparently gets into a major throw down that leaves his chasis really messed up. Nothing really new, or for that matter different from the first movie. Stop teasing us, Hasbro! Give us something more substantial! We beg mercy!

Hey, come on. This is just step 1 in this movie's media bit. Of course they're gona start with the lesser thrilling stuff. They've already said the sequel won't be promoted as big as the first one because it already has so much attention geared toward it. If you can wait till June 26, 2009, you can wait for the rest of this stuff to show before June 26.

The images are what's to be expected at this point. I love the fact that some of it will take place in Egypt. I have always been a big fan of ancient history and especially Egypt.

Ok ok i'm sorry. But let's see some Transformers. We know who's in the movie. I want to know who's who like who are the rest of Decepticon. And what's the names to all the Autobots. What do they all look like. Give us what we want to see. Not more set pic's!!

not much to get excited about ti was hoping for pics of the new transformers and names all allthe characters
