Decepticon Headmasters

In our unrelenting pursuit to complete the 1988 Transformers section, you will now find 3 all new character pages for the second series Decepticon Headmasters: FANGRY, HORRI-BULL and SQUEEZEPLAY.  Unlike many of their other '88 counterparts, this trio did receive some some good attention in the G1 comic series. Enjoy!

Wilder, Bullhorn, and Cancer!

These guy were awesome! Wilder was a cold, ruthless biker jerk; Bullhorn was strong, powerful, and tough; and Cancer was a rude, energetic, martial arts brat! All perfect Decepticon qualities.

But they all turned over a new leaf in the end.

I also love how these guys are HIGHLY show-accurate as well (well, except for their legs).

And what's cool is that Cancer (as a human) will be making a cameo appearance in Animated. Sweet!

Voice actors: Richard Ian Cox for Wilder, Clancy Brown or Mark Acheson for Bullhorn, and Brianne Siddall for Cancer.

What we need is some Universe treatments of the head masters. We've got a target master, and a Decepticon triple changer (two if you count Astrotrain from Classics). Come on Hasbro, we want an Autobot triple changer and some more head masters/target masters.

I'm still wanting a Universe Pretender, preferably Bludgeon.

Fangry was a great character in the Marvel comics.

Agree with Sidewinder, and as for Saberblade, my ideas for the US versions of these guys:

-Billy Zabka as Fangry with Paul Hogan as Brisko

-Henry Silva as Horri-Bull with Jimmy Kimmel as Kreb (come on, Kreb's a former talk-show host)

-Jose Yenque as Sqeezeplay (I know for a fact that his alt mode is a mutated cobra) with Bill Hader as Lokos

I prefer the Masterforce versions of these guys. In my opinion, Transformers Chojin Masterforce was and is one of the best Transformers series of all of them. I'm willing to say that it could be the third (or fourth) best series, behind Beast Wars and Animated (and maybe Beast Machines, I'm still debating on whether I think it's the third best series or not). I absolutely LOVED that series, and it didn't even have an Optimus Prime or a Megatron.

Oh, and Squeezeplay is a crab monster, not a snake.

How could he be a crab monster if other than the claws he doesn't have the other features of a crab? Look at the beast head. That is a dead-on cobra snake! It looks just like a cobra with its hood unfolded.

1. His instructions say so:

2. His Japanese version's name is "Cancer", which is the Zodiac symbol for the crab. I'm too tired to go looking for other info regarding this right now. So, I'll probably go looking tomorrow.

As someone I know would say, "Good luck with that."

What's that s'ppose to mean?

Good luck seeing if I'm right or wrong.

Well, isn't his instructions saying "Crab Mode" enough?

He's a crab/snake Fuzor?
