It's always fun to see the outside world perspective on Transformers Revenge of the Fallen.  Our "local"paper the Star Tribune posted a summer movie preview where critic Colin Covert had this to say:

"TRANSFORMERS 2: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN
Stars: Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Optimus Prime, Megatron
Director: Michael Bay ("Pearl Harbor")

Plot: Who needs a plot? Humungous robots hammer on each other for 147 minutes! Decepticon vs. Autobot! Army guys run around and fire rockets! Sam Witwicky (LaBoeuf) has annoying flirtation scenes with Mikaela Banes (Fox) and then there's a smokin' car chase!

Reasons to be hopeful: This time there's a female Autobot in the form of a pink motorcycle. Smashtastic!

Top 10 contender? You're kidding, right?"  (In other words, hell yeah!  Of course!!)

While there, we spotted a link to a very cool site by GM and Chevrolet, with an all new ad for their new Camaro (movie Bumblebee).  The tag line prompted site visitor to "CLICK HERE to see the real hero come to life!"   While not quite as cool as our favorite 25 foot tall alien robot, it's quite impressive, none-the-less.
