BBTS gives us our first look at the TakaraTomy Japanese releases of the Transformers Animated toyline figures. Do note that these are promotional images and the final products may vary. But from what we can tell from these images, these versions differ from their Western counterparts primarily in that they seem to have been given metallic paint finishes (NOT chrome, "metallic") and correctly-colored insignia tampographs (in Autobot red and Decepticon purple, both with white backgrounds).

Also note that Bulkhead has been given the name "Ironhide" as his Japanese name, and his toy seems to be in a different shade of green than his U.S. toys.
