More Pix and Video of TF3 Filming in Chicago

Chicago native webmaster of Seibertron.com has posted some great photos from the set including "Autobots Go Home!" grafitti... Also, check out a few of the best videos that continue to emerge from the downtown Chicago set of TF3!

* 3 "Stunticons" (?) lead Autobot car car chase!

* Stunticons lead all Autobots in pursuit, including Optimus.

* CBS report of TF3 filming coverage, Patrick Dempsey interview...

* Close-up of Optimus Prime w/ trailer! Is that a thing of beauty or what?!

* The chase scene from the ground (last 1/3 of this video) these cars are flyin!

* Here we see the 3 Nascar logo sporting "Stunticons" and pursuing Autobots chase gets stalled due to local traffic!

* view from above, including the mysterious blue Mercedes

* an interesting view of the set, with ripped up streets, and cars on fire!

The Anti-Autobot signs remind me of both the G1 two-parter "Megatron's Master Plan" and Masterforce episode 23 "Expose the Destrons' Dark Deception!", where in both the Decepticons publically made the Autobots out to be evil instead of good.

I'm pretty excited about the idea of movie Stunticons. Those things look wicked! And the G1 style Optimus trailer is a dream! Yeah!

I'm still not convinced that these are "Stunticons". Was this name ever confirmed for these Nascars, or are the fans just calling them that right now?

stunticons isn't a confermed name as of yet. it's fan speculation sabrblade.
i'm holding out on who it could be for now untill we have evidence ither way.
not so sure about convertable sideswipe though. what do you guys think about him?

LC is right. "Stunticons" name is just fan speculation; for now.

But let's consider the logic. The story is going to at least partially involve humanity turning on (not wanting) the Autobots (on Earth). One way to convince people Autobots = evil is to have a group of Decepticon cars wrecking havoc. If you're going to have a bunch of D cars who else could it be besides Decepticon cars??? This also lends itself to a bunch of Michael-Bay-esque car chase scenes... It's unofficial, but make sense to me.

I also have a prediction to make. Since TF: Prime appears to have the aesthetic of Movie, but set in G1/other continuity... I think the red Ferrari in TF3 is going to be CLIFFJUMPER. Yeah, you heard it here first! :) All the other "core Autobots" (aside from Bulkhead) in TF: Prime have movie tie in characters, except CJ. I'll bet anybody a MISB Masterpiece Starscream that Ferrari is Cliffjumper!

Looks to me they are remaking scenes from the first movie, this Chicago shooting looks too familiar. I hope the movie is more original and this scene its just a little piece. Anybody saw the exhausts on the trailer??

My gosh, if I was 8 years old again and saw Prime with his trailer on the street, I'd probably have to be physically restrained.

Stunticons will do as a name until one is officially announced, but either way they look psychotic.

I actually peeped the scene in my city, it's what's up, 2 c Prime with trailer attached rollin' down Lasalle Blvd was a treat 2 da max, As for 4 da Nascar bots their stunticon origins have yet 2 b confimed?
