TF3: Another accident...

...though thankful not as dramatic. Whilst filming in DC, a scene of the Autobots 'rolling out' was interrupted by a real police car, allegedly responding to a bomb threat, which crossed into the filming area and collided with none other than Bumblebee!

The police officer was taken to hospital but with non-life threatening injuries. The stunt driver in Bumblebee appeared to be uninjured. There are a few different places with pics and videos but Tformers seems to have the most comprehensive report on the whole incident.

They say things happen in threes'..... but lets hope this is the last for the DOTM crew!

Im glad the stunt driver wasn't injured. Who cares about the cop! Poor Camaro!

(Yeah glad that the cop wasn't hurt!)

But DANG! It's tough to watch that accident and see that our yellow and black striped hero is mortal! What a bummer. I bet Bay is just glad that it wasn't the half a million dollar Ferrari or million plus concept corvette!

normal cop car? i don't believe it. baracade is up to his old tricks again. furst a new alt mode then involving a human *shakes fist* will those decepticons stop at nothing to offline bumblebee.

and i guess i should feel for the cop to lol

Idiot cop shoulda been looking around and paying attention to his/her surroundings ......Another senseless accident caused by speeding police, hopefully Bee can be fixed and filming resume soon due to this officers negligence. I hope Bay sues the cop and the PD for damages.
