United Megatron comparison images

Remember how the Megatron toy of the Transformers: United toyline is gonna be a redeco of the Classics Voyager Megatron figure? Well, the blog of Alfes 2010 has provided an extensive look at this figure, showing off its brand new color scheme that is evocative of the color schemes of both G1 Megatron and Henkei! Henkei! Megatron. There's even several comparison images between the United and Henkei versions, revealing the United version to bear the less-detailed, yet more faithful to the G1 animation model, color scheme.

honestly i am finding it hard to be interested in this figure.
i didn't think much of the first megatron after playing with it for a while and i cant in all conciousness see what is so good about him. its just a crushed robot inside 2 shells. where is the complexity

give me wfc megatron any time XD

Even better thought. Why not make a WFC Megatron with his original G1 color scheme as a repaint. That toy sculpt is way better, and he would make a better looking Megatron. Any one else agree?

Yeah, WFC Megatron leads my Decepticons. Classic Megatron is buried somewhere in the scrap yard that is my closet.
All they had to to was make WFC Megatron Voyager size, and everyone would have bought it. Now it's just going to be a shelfwarmer.

wfc megs looks a lot like g1 megs astheticly anyway so no reel nead to repaint

it's not bad. The color scheme is pretty cool. Haha Classics Megatron actually leads my decepticons. I didn't care for wfc's look.

if megs alt mode was better and his legs less stick like at the thies then i would like him but as it is i don't.
like i say the stick like thies, the brite sholder, the bad looking gun mode all detract from what should be an amazing figure.
if he only had a longer nozzle wich would translate in to a large sholder pilon it would look sweet.

anicially i loved the figure but now better alternatives have come along.

i cant say he doesn't look nice he is simply not my cup of tea

I already have Classics Megatron, but since United Megatron looks better, I'll pick him up. United Megatron looks much closer to the cartoon than Henkei Megatron, and the metallic paint scheme really works for Megatron.

Classics lead my cons as well, but i gotta grab the united joint the paint scheme is cool, I only buy wfc megs if it comes in voyager size.
