This posting is on behalf of all us Lukis Bros. We have seen an increase in activity in the reviews section; which in general has been great! First of all, we'd like to thank all of those who take a minute type out some of their thoughts on various toys. Keep'm coming! They've been awesome and we continue to get very positive feedback.
We also want to point out functionality you may or may not be aware of. This is in response largely to several postings where people have incorrectly assumed that we, as site administrators, have been "deleting" reviews. This is not the case.

The reviews section is "self-policed". That is, we rely on you mostly to keep the content good. At the bottom of every toy's review page you'll notice the sentence, "Help keep the reviews page clean by removing bogus reviews." By clicking the link, every viewer to our site has the ability to "flag reviews to be deleted." Once it's flagged, we as adminsitrators look at it an then decide whether to save it or not.

So you know, here's what we're looking for:
* no swearing or and mock words trying to be swearing. For example, "$#!* Yea this toy rocks" is not a valid review and would be deleted, once someone else flagged it.
* we're looking for opinions about that toy. Doesn't matter if it's good or bad, but we want people to not just say that they love/hate the toy, but WHY they like or dislike it... For example, "This toy ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" would probably get permanently deleted once someone else flagged it.
* The review section is not intended to be a message board. Things like, "I agree with JohnnyTFnut." would also get the axe once someone else flagged it. Or something like "I cannot wait until this toy comes out..." say bye bye! :) We see a fair amount of people trying to have a (often bizarre) conversation on a certain toy's review page. This is not our intent, so please save conversational stuff for the message boards

It's all pretty common sense. Insightful, "here's why I like/dislike this toy" will wind up staying. Other stuff? Well save it for a message board. Thanks to everyone for all their help in keeping the bad stuff out and good stuff in!
