Recently, we were fortunate enough to get ourselves an advance copy of the much anticapated Transformers the Movie, 20th Anniversary Edition DVD, which goes on sale tomorrow. I just picked up my own copy and watched the Widescreen version. Oh my goodness. The remastered coloring and all was amazing. Totally worth it.

Finally... Sony got right what Rhino put wrong. Worth the $16 I paid for it; excellent disc content & even better DVD case design... plus ... Sony's redoing the entire first generation TV series to go along with this!!!... It's going to be better than what Rhino did, so my only complaint is that I spent money on THOSE sets...

this Dvd was full of great stuff. I liked scramble city . the only thing that was a let down was the sneak peek ... no robots what is this??? Still waiting for remastered GObots the Movie : rock Lords!!! i heard that its three disc with gobot commentary . Scooter does some stand up in it . and Crasher claims that she Dated Hotrod before he was a on the "Big Screen". its gonna be awesome

Great update to the movie. I only wish Cybertron had transformed into Primus. So he could've kicked Unicron's butt before he was destroyed by Rodimus Prime and the Matrix of Leadership. That would've been great instead of waiting 20 years. Primus is Unicron's brother after all.
