Apparently Cybercon Expo Act 3 ^will happen^ this spring, but dates (spring 2004) and location (e-mail them suggestions) are still uncertain. See the official site for details. But first things first, you'll have to go to Cybercon Expo Wave 2, November 1st in New Jersey.
