Allspark member Obsidian is the first one to report an actual store sighting for the Wal*Mart exclusive "Classics" Constructicon Devastator giftset. The Wal*Mart store in question is located in Moline, Illinois, and Devatsator retails for 30 dollars. Note that the toy's official name on the packaging is "Constructicon Devastator", with the prefix "Constructicon" being part of the name because "Devastator" by itself would be too generic a name to defend as a trademark in court. Hasbro have used the name three times thus far, first with the "Heroes of Cybertron" PVC, then with the combined form of the Micromaster Constructicons and lastly with the combined form of the Target exclusive Constructicon repaints of the RiD Build Team, which were released as part of the final wave of the Universe line last year.

Along the same lines, Constructicon Devastator (who is a straight repaint of Energon Constructicon Maximus) also features the return of the name "Scrapper", albeit with the prefix "Decepticon", similar to those various "Autobot Jazz" or "Autobot Ratchet" toys released over the years.
